Guess what? Straight line and uneven brows, and a flaw from the first visit she didn't correct. Her response was that you don't just want a straight line. She tried to increase my brow size by three or more times. I am well aware of imperfections in anatomy, When I do my make up I try to apply it so my anatomical imperfections don't show. She agreed and blamed it on "my anatomy". When I returned for the 1 month "correction" I mentioned that the right eyebrow was lower than the left.

That required a $100 deposit and another $200 the day of the procedure. After consulting with the esthetician/owner I decided to go ahead. It paid $28 for a consultation the same day of the initial hair color incident. I will not have use of my arm for approximately six weeks after my operation. Since I have had these medical problems I have difficulty applying makeup. I actually felt sorry for her.I was also interested in getting permanent makeup for my brows. We left on good terms as I felt she just couldn't do what I asked.

For that disaster I was charged $120 for a bad color job and a bad haircut. I am okay with that and would have been using it if I could use my left arm. She told me she suggested I continue to use the store bought color because she tried to match it and I still wasn't happy. Funny! I have certainly had bad haircuts before but getting the color right at a salon has not been a problem until now. Guess what.when I walked out I had light RED hair. I went in and again had the color stripped. The lady was kind and told me she would correct it. After three weeks the color still was dark, the color did not fade so I called. She gave me a horrible haircut that a month later I am still unable to style. That surprised me since this was a salon color and not something off the shelf but I said okay. A pretty color but not at all what I requested. (I am currently unable to color my own hair,) When I looked up it was very dark. I brought in a Loreal color that I wanted color matched.

She asked me how I wore my hair and I told her. I went to my first visit with the hairdresser. That is the main reason I was so happy to find this salon. I kept requesting a "light brown" so of course I was sick. The lady there proceeded to keep it light but made it red. The salon I went to previously removed the color I had at that time because it was too dark. I started with the request for a color on my hair. I have recently moved here from North Texas so I was really excited to find a salon and spa near my home. The massage therapist was great but the way this situation was handled was WRONG and because of this I probably won't go back.

All I got was a SORRY no discount no nothing! I wasn't able to tip TRINA the massage therapist like I wanted to because SKIN DEEP made me pay full service for something that was there error. I would have never gotten the service if I was given the correct information. A gift card that I was told by there receptionist that they accept. Because I was told this gift card was accepted I feel like they should have honored it! It was not my fault that there receptionist gave me the wrong information and I should not have had to be held responsible to pay that full price for a massage that I was supposed to be using my gift card for. Which I understand how that could happen because the names are so close but the problem is I had just went to this spa on Saturday and got a 90 minute Swedish massage so that was a 95.00 service that I paid for out of pocket then I went back on because I was told my gift card was accepted and had the same service completed. When I check out I give the receptionist my gift card at this point the manager was trying to help her because for some reason when she'd enter my gift card it wasn't registering in the system WELL long story short turns out they didn't accept my gift card apparently the receptionist who told me that they accepted my gift card got my SPAFINDER and WELLNESS gift card mixed up with the SPA and WELLNESS gift card which is the one they do accept. So I go to the appointment check in and get the massage. The gift card I had was for 75.00 but of coarse I planned to pay the 20.00 difference and give the massage therapist a nice tip because she was absolutely AMAZING individually I would rate her at a TEN I highly reccommend her she seriously gave me the BEST massage I've ever had in my life. I scheduled an appointment to get a 90 minute Swedish massage which cost 95.00. When scheduling the appointment I asked the receptionist if they accept this particular gift card and she told me that they did which I was very excited about. I've been going there for some years now and I never had a bad experience until just the other day.
